#8 Jean-Bruno Pastorello & #111 Simon Belcher , Double Champions of Europe.

Over is the tournament "WGP#1 Waterjet World Series 2023", Round 2, between 27-30 July 2023, at Vichy, France. It turned out that in PRO-AM Endurance Open and PRO Sport GP, #8, Jean-Bruno Pastorello and #111 Simon Belcher made a world-class performance and continued to be in super top form by grabbing a second trophy of this year. It’s a Double Champion and they proved themselves to be “Double Champions of Europe''.

In the PRO Sport GP, 3 UK riders were competing for the championship in this class, #111 Simon Belcher, a Champion of Poland, #158 James Bushell and #217 Tim Wilkinson. After the start, #111 Simon Belcher did a great job, taking the lead alone to win in moto 1, followed by #158 James Bushell in 2nd and #217 Tim Wilkinson in 3rd.

In Moto 2, it was #158 James Bushell who rose above the others to win this moto, followed by 2nd and 3rd places, #111 Simon Belcher and #217 Tim Wilkinson.

In Final Moto, #111 Simon Belcher showed off his determination and stamina, taking the lead and won in this moto. The 2nd and 3rd places went to #158 James Bushell and #217 Tim Wilkinson, respectively.

When it came to the final scores of this class, #111 Simon Belcher won “WGP #1 Waterjet World Series 2023” Round 2, Vichy - France, with 173 points. Hailed as Double Champion, he won both in Poland and France, and rightfully proclaimed himself as the “Champion of Europe” in PRO Sport GP.

The 2nd and 3rd placed on the podium belonged to #158 James Bushell and #217 Tim Wilkinson, respectively.

The PRO-AM Endurance Open has 14 racers from 10 countries around the world participating. They include #8 Jean-Bruno Pastorello, a French rider, a four-time 2022, 2021, 2019 and 2017 “WGP#1 Waterjet World Cup” Champion and two-time 2022 and 2021 “WGP#1 Waterjet World Series” Champion, #22 Anthony Radetic, a US rider, the Champion of “WGP#1 Waterjet Offshore World Championship” 2023, as well as, 21-year-old, a rising star from Thailand #142 Kasidit Teeraprateep.

In Moto 1, French rider and the defending champion from Round 1 - Poland, #8, Jean-Bruno Pastorello, continued to show off his hot performance, leading from the start to finish, followed by the two riders from USA, #22 Anthony Radetic and #110 Tory Snyder in 2nd and 3rd place.



In Final Moto #8, Jean-Bruno Pastorello raced confidently, taking the lead from start to finish, and won in this moto. #110 Tory Snyder and #121 Mickael Le Gall from France came in 2nd and 3rd respectively.

In summary, the results of this class saw #8 Jean-Bruno Pastorello gave a perfect performance, winning in both motos with 800 full points, sending him to the podium as Champion of “WGP #1 Waterjet World Series 2023” of Round 2 Vichy - France. Dubbed the Double Championship after winning the first round in Poland last July, he was proclaimed to be the “Champion of Europe'' in PRO-AM Endurance Open. #110 Tory Snyder made to the podium in 2nd, followed by #22 Anthony Radetic in 3rd.
