#66 Mohammed Burbaye returns to take back the throne of champion in the world's fastest and strongest sit-down watercraft in the Waterjet World Championship Tournament, “WGP#1 Waterjet World Series 2024" Round 2, between 7-13 October 2024 at Lake Havasu City, USA. This year, over 300 riders from 30 countries participated, including Asia, Europe, America, Africa, and Oceania.

This class was the Clash of Titans within the personal watercraft community. PRO RUNABOUT GP had many world-class riders participating. The aces for the champion title of “Havasu Grand Prix 2024” were the dangerous duo from Kuwait, #38 Mohammed Albaz, the latest 2023 World Champion, and #66 Mohammed Burbaye, the former 2021 World Champion. #11 Waleed Al Sharshani from Qatar, the champion of Poland Grand Prix. #116 Dustin Farthing, a top-class rider from the USA.

Exceeding everyone’s expectations, In Moto 1, #158 James Bushell, a top-class rider from the UK, performed brilliantly, kicking off more aggressively than #66 Mohammed Burbaye, winning in Moto 1. The 2nd and 3rd places fell into the hands of #66 Mohammed Burbaye and #11 Waleed Al Sharshani.

Moto 2 continued to be an engaging and unpredictable experience. After the holeshot, it was the return of #38 Mohammad Albaaz and #11 Waleed Alsharshani took the lead in 1st and 2nd. Halfway through the race, #11 Waleed Alsharshani got into a stumble due to an issue with his watercraft. It was a chance for #5 Gyorgy Kasza from Hungary to overtake the 2nd place. But the unexpected happened on the last lap, #38 Mohammad Albaaz’s watercraft died on the water, leaving an opening for #5 Gyorgy Kasza to overtake and cross the finish line in 1st. #116 Dustin Farthing and #66 Mohammed Burbaye followed in 2nd and 3rd.

The Final Moto was a battle between 3 riders with close scores, #158 James Bushell, #66 Mohammed Burbaye, and #116 Dustin Farthing. As the race began, #66 Mohammed Burbaye had the holeshot and took the lead, followed by #38 Mohammed Albaaz and #116 Dustin Farthing. To the very end, #66 Mohammed Burbaye remained as strong and more powerful as he started. He finished in 1st place, followed by #38 Mohammed Albaaz and #116 Dustin Farthing in 2nd and 3rd.

Collective scores for all motos: #66 Mohammed Burbaye collected 161 points, standing on the podium as winner of the “WGP#1 Waterjet World Series 2024”- HAVASU GRAND PRIX in PRO RUNABOUT GP. Followed by #158 James Bushell and #116 Dustin Farthing.
