Hello to all riders, teams and team members,

Thank you all for your attendance at the second round of the WGP#1 Jetski World Series. Thanks to your strong participation, with the best riders in the world, an important number of different nationalities, an exceptional venue in the city center of Vichy, an unprecedented media and TV coverage, together we will create a major, global event, which will boost our sport.

In order for our sport to benefit the most from this event and to respond to the very strict requirements imposed, all of us, organizers, riders, teams and team members must very strictly follow the following rules:

- Smoking is prohibited! No smoking allowed in the paddock.
- Mandatory fire extinguisher near every watercraft.
- Pets are allowed, on leash, with a health certificate and a valid vaccination.
- Gas and coal bbq are not allowed, only planchas or electric bbq's are allowed.
- Drilling holes in the ground is not allowed by any means.
- No outlet of used water on the ground outside of the specific zones.
- No camping allowed.
- Picnicking is allowed on the lawns with strict precautions.
- Trash containers are provided, don't drop or leave any trash behind other than in the containers.
- Mandatory to sort out the trash.
- Dropping and/or leaving oil, fuel or other chemical products behind outside of the containers provided, is not allowed.
- Strictly follow and respect the riding times.
- Strictly follow and respect the permitted riding zones.
- Strictly follow and respect the layout plan for the paddock.
- Civil and respectful behavior towards the public, spectators and the authorities.
- No more noise after 23:00 (11pm).

Each and every point or rule mentioned above, has taken hours of consultation and discussion with the authorities and the Vichy Sports’ management to get to those achievable restrictions. For example: the authorization of pets on the race site.

We appreciate the level of specificity, with which you all have provided us the information and details we asked for about your installation structure in the paddock. We have been able to put together a plan for the paddock and meet the authorities' demands.

We want to say a big thank you to Mr Gérard Choukoud, for his patience, his professionalism and level of specificity. It is thanks to him this event can take place, especially with those restrictions, but which remain achievable.

We will all be under the supervision and very strict control of the authorities. Each and every failure to follow the rules, by a staff member, a rider or team member, could cause an exclusion of the entire team concerned, by the authorities, or an immediate stop and even cancellation of the races.

It is unnecessary to discuss these rules. It would be best for all of us, if each and every one involved in the event would live by them like anyone else, in order for everyone to experience something special at this exceptional event, in terms of safety and comfort for everyone, with respect for the environment and others, necessary for a serene and user-friendly course of the event.
